Height: 4'11
Start weight: 110lbs

As an alternative to writing the traditional research paper for my Contemporary Health Issues class, I decided to choose the option to make a behavior change. The main reason why I have chosen to do so is because I have diagnosed myself with something that I would like to call love-fat. Its a silly name and it is not very creative, but its very clear-cut. This ‘love-fat’ condition is where one starts a relationship with someone very special and they begin to see early stages of weight gain. In this relationship you become so happy that you are entirely too busy having fun, going on dates, watching movies, going out to eat and just spending quality time with your significant someone that you forget to take care of your physical health.
For the next six weeks I will be working on changing my diet and exercise habits to improve my condition, I will also be keeping a journal (blog) to track my progress.

Feel free to ask me ANYTHING!

Enjoy! =)

me: ugh but my followers would be so disappointed in me

Getting back into it.. It took one semester to gain back double the weight I lost during my 2 months of insanity =(

When I first started running I could only go about 30 seconds, or 1/8 mile, without having to stop… it was embarrassing! Now I can run 2 miles without stopping and I’m only getting better. You just have to keep trying :)
